Program titled The System of Civilization: The creation and impacts of the Indian Boarding Schools presented by Eric Hemenway
Join us for a presentation by Eric Hemenway, an Anishnaabe/Odawa and Director of Repatriation, Archives and Records of the Little Traverse Bay Bands of the Odawa Indian, who will provide a program on The System of Civilization: The creation and impacts of the Indian Boarding Schools.
Eric is a featured speaker in the “Untold Legacy of the War of 1812” film shown in the Visitor Center. A Foundation Member’s Only reception will be held prior to the Program.
