Soldiers of the War of 1812 Living History Day

The River Raisin National Battlefield Park will be hosting a Soldiers of the War of 1812 Living History Program on Saturday, August 2nd, 2025, from 10am until 2pm.
Experience history come to life as reenactors demonstrate the weapons used during the War of 1812. Historic camps are open 10am to 2pm with hourly musket and cannon demonstrations between 11am and 2pm. The event is free to the public and will take place on the grounds of the River Raisin NBP Visitor Center, 333 North Dixie Highway, Monroe, MI 48162.
